how to get to Nakagomi Orchard

There are several ways to get here from Tokyo direction.

(Especially, in the countryside of Japan, I suggest you to utilize a rent a car service since there are not many local buses running. JR provides a very economical service called “Torenta-kun”. It is a set of service of JR express and rent a car. This is the easiest and most economical way as long as you intend to explore your trip in the countyside of Japan.)

1. You can rent a car and come to Nakagomi Orchard all the way from Tokyo.

(About two hours to two hours and half)

2. You can take an express from JR Shinjuku Station in Tokyo and come to JR Kofu Station and transfer to rent a car and come to Nakagomi Orchard. There is a very reasonable fare of JR express train and rent a car as a set. It is called "Torent a kun". You can talk to JR staffs.

( It takes about an hour and half or at most two hours from Shinjuku to Kofu. From Kofu, it takes about 30 min.)

3. You can take a Chuo highway bus for Minobu at JR Shinjuku Station and come to Shirane IC West bus stop and walk to our farm.

( It takes two hours and twenty min. to get to Shirane IC West bus stop. Walking for 20-30min.　In case we are not too busy, we can come to the bus stop and give you a ride.)

4. You can take an express at JR Shinjuku Station and come to JR Kofu Station. After that, you can transfer to a local train and come to JR Shiozaki Station where you can take a taxi and come to Nakagomi Orchard.

(From Shinjuku to Kofu, it takes about two hours. It takes another 10 min. to get to Shiozaki Station.　It takes about 15-20 min. by taxi to get to our farm.)

5. You can take an express at JR Shinjuku Station in Tokyo and come to JR Kofu Station. At Kofu Station, you can get off the train and take a taxi and come to Nakagomi Orchard.
(From Kofu, it takes about 30 min. by taxi.)

6. You can take an express at JR Shinjuku Station and come to JR Kofu Station. At JR Kofu Station, you can get off the train and transfer to a local bus called Yamanashi Kotsu bus for Nishino Keiyu. You can get off at Sangai bus stop. It usually takes about 30 min. from Kofu to Sangai. From Sangai bus stop, you can walk to Nakagomi Orchard.
(It takes about 35 min. to get to Sangai bus stop. We might be able to come to pick you up if we are not too busy.)
